The vines grow with moderate vigour and 500m+ elevation ensures cold nights that preserve natural grape acids. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFermentation took place in French oak barriques, (25% new and 25% 1 year old), and was followed by 8 months maturation prior to blending and bottling. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA bright combination of citrus and yellow fruit aromas are complemented by crushed stone and flinty hints.
