During prohibition the distillery was allowed to stay open to produce products for ‘medical purposes’.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Bourbon is a wheated Bourbon which allows for the distiller to take away the rye component and replace it with wheat giving added smoothness. Rarely seen in Australia and an exceptional bourbon with a high-wheat mash bill.
