Returns Policy
At Nardi’s Cellarbrations, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent service. While we do not offer change-of-mind returns, we will gladly assist if a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at sales@nardicellars.com.au.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) is required.

We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with assessment.
If the item is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery where possible.
Once your return is approved, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label

Clear instructions on how to return the item
Returns must not be sent without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns for products unless they are damaged or faulty.
This applies to:

Glassware and bar accessories

Gift cards (non-returnable under any circumstance)
Exchanges
Where available, we offer a direct exchange for faulty or incorrect items. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on your preference.
Most refunds are completed within a few business days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at sales@nardicellars.com.au.
