Shipping Policy

We offer shipping across Australia and are committed to processing and dispatching your order as quickly and securely as possible.


Delivery Areas
We ship to addresses Australia-wide using a combination of Australia Post and trusted courier services, depending on your location and order contents.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by location and chosen carrier:

  • Metro Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Locations: 4–10 business days

These are standard timeframes provided by our delivery partners and are subject to change due to external factors (e.g., weather events, high volumes, public holidays).


Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and carrier selection.


Signature Required – No Authority to Leave
All alcohol deliveries require a person aged 18 or over to be present to sign for the order upon delivery. We do not permit Authority to Leave (ATL) under any circumstances.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office or depot for collection.


Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery’s progress.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 30 minutes during business hours.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring photo ID and your order confirmation at collection.


Delivery Issues or Delays
If your delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe or appears to be damaged, please contact us at sales@nardicellars.com.au.

We ask that you notify us of any delivery issues within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
