Joining the already outstanding Calabria Three Bridges range, the Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied red wine, showcasing impressive concentration and refined, persistent tannins.

Hand-picked vine by vine, with a selection of fruit undergoing whole-bunch fermentation. The ferment was plunged tree times daily, a ritual of care, before being gently drained and press once sugar dryness was achieved. Malolactic fermentation took place, after which the wine was carefully racked, harmoniously balanced and transferred into French oak puncheons (15% of which were new oak). After seven months of maturation in barrels at 16-20°C, the wine was delicately removed, lightly fined, filtered, and prepared for bottling.

Elevated aromas of rosehip and blueberry are complemented by subtle hints of hazelnut-derived tannins in the background. Fruit-driven notes of blueberry and black cherry are elegantly intertwined with savory undertones. A medium-bodied red wine, showcasing impressive concentration and refined, persistent tannins.

A perfect accompaniment to braised quail or duck confit with crispy potatoes. Also can be enjoyed with vegetarian risotto or soft Brie cheese.
