Dark Lark No. 166 Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is produced by Lark Distillery in Tasmania, Australia. This limited release single malt is matured in a carefully selected combination of oak casks, delivering the rich, layered character and craftsmanship for which Lark is renowned.

The nose is rich and inviting, with aromas of dried fruits, toffee and vanilla layered with dark chocolate, baking spices and toasted oak.

The palate is full-bodied and velvety, revealing flavours of caramel, raisin, fig and honey balanced by roasted nuts, dark cocoa, warming spice and well-integrated oak. The whisky displays impressive depth with excellent balance between sweetness and spice.

The finish is long, warming and complex, lingering with notes of dried fruit, chocolate, oak spice and a touch of citrus.
