Crafted using mainland peat and matured in a combination of American oak before finishing in Chinquapin virgin oak casks sourced from the Northern Ozark region of the United States, this expression highlights a balance of smoke, spice and sweet oak influence.

Golden amber in colour, it presents a bright and slightly deeper hue reflective of its active oak maturation.

The nose opens with aromas of sweet smoke, grilled orchard fruits and vanilla layered with notes of honey, toasted coconut and warming spice.

The palate is medium-bodied and textured, offering flavours of caramelised apple, toffee and baking spice supported by earthy peat smoke, roasted nuts and a distinctive oak-driven spice that adds structure and depth.

The finish is long and warming, with lingering smoke, sweet spice and toasted oak.
