Méry Melrose VS Cognac is an organic Grande Champagne Cognac produced by Méry Melrose in the Cognac region of France. Made from organically grown grapes in Grande Champagne, Cognac’s premier cru, it is distilled and matured to retain a youthful, fruit-driven character while developing the rounded texture and gentle complexity associated with oak ageing.

The nose is fresh and aromatic, with notes of white flowers, fresh grape and orchard fruit complemented by apricot and delicate citrus. Subtle vanilla, honey and light oak spice emerge underneath, adding depth without obscuring the spirit’s vibrant fruit.

The palate is supple and lively, combining ripe pear, stone fruit and grape with touches of vanilla, caramel and gentle spice. Fresh fruit remains prominent through the mid-palate, balanced by warming spirit character and restrained oak that contributes structure and roundness.

The finish is clean and warming, with lingering orchard fruit, vanilla and subtle spice.
