Our annual 'Man of Promise Reserve' is a tribute to the promise that Distillery Founder Casey Overeem made almost four decades ago. In a cousins' basement, somewhere in a small town in Norway, Casey had his first distilling experience. Already an avid single malt whisky fan, Casey immediately made himself a promise - "to one day craft a single malt whisky that he could enjoy alongside the great whiskies of the world".

Skilfully created by Casey himself, release #3 of our annual 'Man of Promise Reserve' celebrates a first for Overeem Distillery. A unique marriage of four single cask whiskies aged between five and six years, this wonderfully balanced Christmas whisky speaks of caramel tarts & brandy snaps, toasted marshmallows & sweet Christmas cake. Presented at 46% abv and offering a soft and buttery mouthfeel and a finish that keeps giving, it is the perfect addition to your long lunchtime Christmas feast, or that special Christmas dinner with your nearest and dearest.

Nose: Sweet nutmeg, dried fruits, Christmas cake, butter pudding, toasted marshmallows 

Palate: Caramel tart, marzipan, charred pineapple, dark chocolate, butterscotch and brandy snaps

Finish: Soft oak, light spice and Christmas pudding
