Redman Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2021 is an Australian red wine produced by Redman Wines in Coonawarra, South Australia. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown in the Redman family vineyard, the blend brings together Cabernet's structure and dark fruit with the softer, rounded character of Merlot.

Medium to deep red in appearance with rich crimson hues.

The nose is expressive and classically Coonawarra, showing blackberry, blackcurrant and plum alongside violet, dried herbs and subtle cedar notes.

The palate is medium-bodied and balanced, with ripe dark fruit supported by well-structured yet approachable tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon provides definition and length, while Merlot adds generosity and softness through the mid-palate, with dried herbs, cocoa and cedar contributing savoury complexity.
