Rieslingfreak No.7 Clare Valley Fortified Riesling. This is similar style to a white port. 

The grapes are fermented to 7-8 baume, prior to fortification using 3 year old brandy spirit. The wine is then matured in old oak casks for a few years prior to bottling. A blend of vintages. 

The No.7 has aromas of caramel, vanilla, biscuit and ripe stone fruits. The palate is very luscious, with sweet citrus, orange and stone fruit flavours. 

The wine goes perfectly at the end of a dinner party, or with you favourite block of chocolate.
