RockBare The Barossa Valley Shiraz is a plush, expressive Australian red wine sourced from small vineyard blocks across the central and western ridge of South Australia’s Barossa Valley. Fermented in small open fermenters and matured in French oak, it combines concentrated dark fruit with fragrant spice and a fresh, structured palate.

Deep garnet in appearance with a youthful violet hue.

The nose is rich and aromatic, offering blackberry, dark cherry and plum skin alongside baking spices and star anise. Black olive adds a savoury dimension, while dark chocolate complements the generous fruit.

The palate is medium-bodied and plush, with concentrated blackberry and plum flavours supported by lively, textural tannins. Freshness balances the fruit’s richness, creating a wine with both depth and definition. The tannins carry the fruit through to a persistent finish, with lingering dark berry and gentle spice notes.
