The nose is layered and perfumed, showing blackberry, black cherry and plum alongside violet, cracked black pepper and fragrant spice. Savoury notes of dried herbs, olive and liquorice provide complexity, with subtle earth, cedar and restrained oak developing beneath the dark fruit.

The palate is concentrated yet poised, with blackberry, plum and dark cherry supported by lively acidity and finely structured tannins.
