By Farr Shiraz is produced by By Farr from estate vineyards in the Moorabool Valley at Geelong, Victoria, Australia. Crafted from Shiraz with a small component of Viognier, the wine draws inspiration from the Northern Rhône and is traditionally fermented with whole bunches before maturation in French oak, producing a savoury, aromatic and structured expression of cool-climate Shiraz.

The appearance is deep crimson to purple with vibrant ruby hues.

The nose is intensely perfumed, showing blackberry, dark cherry and plum alongside cracked black pepper, violet, dried herbs and savoury spice, with subtle earthy and meaty complexity.

The palate is concentrated yet finely controlled, combining dark berry and plum fruit with pepper, spice and savoury notes. Fine, persistent tannins and fresh acidity provide structure and tension, while integrated oak adds depth and texture without dominating the fruit.
