Scotchmans Hill Swan Bay Shiraz is a vibrant Australian Shiraz from Scotchmans Hill, produced from fruit grown on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria. The region’s cool maritime climate encourages a fresher, more aromatic expression of Shiraz, combining ripe berry fruit with peppery spice, savoury complexity and an elegant, approachable structure.

The nose is expressive and fragrant, with aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and ripe plum accompanied by violet and cracked black pepper. Subtle notes of dried herbs, liquorice and warm spice add savoury complexity, with gentle oak nuances providing additional depth.

The palate is medium-bodied and supple, with juicy blackberry, plum and dark cherry supported by fine, rounded tannins. Fresh acidity brings energy and definition, while black pepper, liquorice and savoury spice develop through the mid-palate.
