Tolpuddle Vineyard Chardonnay 2025 is a premium cool-climate Chardonnay from Tolpuddle Vineyard in Tasmania's Coal River Valley, Australia. Fruit was hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed before fermentation in French oak, followed by ten months in barrel and a further four months resting on lees in tank. The 2025 vintage delivers impressive concentration, precision and energy, underpinned by the vineyard's characteristically firm acidity.

The nose is refined and tightly focused, revealing white flowers and jasmine alongside lemon, lime zest, white peach and nectarine. Flinty mineral notes, subtle grilled nuts and savoury lees complexity provide depth, with restrained French oak sitting seamlessly beneath the fruit.

The palate is powerful yet precise, combining concentrated citrus and stone fruit with lime zest, preserved lemon and tonic-like freshness. A firm core of acidity provides exceptional drive and length, while savoury lees character and fine textural weight bring complexity. Flinty minerality and subtle phenolic grip contribute further definition to the long, focused close.
