Tolpuddle Vineyard Pinot Noir 2025 is a premium cool-climate Pinot Noir from Tolpuddle Vineyard in Tasmania's Coal River Valley, Australia. The hand-picked fruit was fermented using a combination of whole berries and whole bunches in open wooden and stainless-steel fermenters before ageing for ten months in French oak, approximately one third new. The mild 2025 season delivered slow, even ripening and excellent acid retention, producing a wine of depth, structure and aromatic detail.

Deep, youthful ruby to crimson in appearance with vibrant clarity.

The nose is expressive and perfumed, showing dark cherry, damson plum, raspberry and wild strawberry alongside lifted violet. Baking spice, star anise, dried herbs and savoury whole-bunch notes add complexity, with subtle French oak sitting beneath the fruit.

The palate is concentrated and plush, with dark cherry and plum layered with red berries, baking spice and star anise. Fine, sinewy tannins provide structure, while fresh, mineral-driven acidity gives definition and length. Savoury spice and whole-bunch complexity weave through the fruit, leading to a long, composed close with lingering dark spice.
