Vietti Castiglione Barolo is a structured Italian red wine from Piedmont, crafted entirely from Nebbiolo under the Barolo DOCG designation. Sourced from selected vineyards across the Barolo area, each parcel is vinified and matured separately before blending. Extended maturation, predominantly in large oak barrels, develops complexity while preserving the character of the fruit.

Medium-intensity ruby red in appearance.

The nose is expressive and layered, offering plum, ripe cherry, sour cherry and blackberry alongside fragrant rose petals. Tobacco notes add savoury depth to the generous fruit and floral bouquet.

The palate is rich and powerful, with concentrated cherry and plum flavours supported by well-integrated tannins. Balsamic nuances and gentle spice add complexity, creating a structured wine with depth and balance. The finish carries lingering fruit, floral and savoury notes.
