William Fèvre Petit Chablis is produced by William Fèvre in Chablis, Burgundy, France. Made from 100% Chardonnay grown on the appellation's Portlandian limestone soils, it is matured in stainless steel to preserve the freshness, purity and mineral character that define the Petit Chablis style.

The appearance is brilliant pale straw with subtle green highlights.

The nose is fresh and lifted, showing lime, green apple and pear with delicate floral notes, fresh herbs and wet-stone minerality.

The palate is light, lively and precise, with crisp lime and green apple fruit supported by bright acidity. Pear, fresh herbs and stony mineral notes add complexity, leading into a distinctly saline character.
