Released to commemorate 100 years of Suntory whisky making, this limited edition is matured for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of American, Spanish and Japanese Mizunara oak casks, delivering the refined complexity that has made Yamazaki a benchmark of Japanese whisky.

The nose is elegant and layered with aromas of ripe peach, pineapple, grapefruit, honey, vanilla, coconut and delicate Mizunara sandalwood spice.

The palate is smooth and beautifully balanced, revealing flavours of orchard fruits, citrus, creamy malt, honey, cloves and gentle oak, with subtle notes of dried fruit and incense adding depth and complexity.

The finish is long, refined and softly spiced, lingering with sweet oak, vanilla, cinnamon and the distinctive aromatic character of Mizunara oak.
