Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka 700ml

Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka is a distinctive Polish flavoured vodka inspired by the Białowieża Forest. Aromatised with bison grass, it combines fragrant herbal character with creamy vanilla and delicate spice. A hand-picked blade of bison grass placed in each bottle provides its recognisable signature.

The nose is complex and fragrant, offering aromas of bison grass, chamomile and lavender alongside green apple. Vanilla and almond notes add a soft, rounded dimension to the fresh herbal bouquet.

The palate is smooth and aromatic, with herbal flavours complemented by creamy vanilla and subtle spice. Gentle spring-flower notes contribute delicacy, creating a layered balance between grassy freshness and softly rounded flavour.

The finish carries lingering herbal notes, vanilla and gentle spice, maintaining the vodka’s distinctive botanical character.

A characterful Polish vodka suited to serving chilled, over ice or mixed with apple juice, offering a fragrant alternative for vodka cocktails.
